Shreya Modi is a passionate and driven Australian Physiotherapist with over eight years of diverse clinical experience across Australia and India. She is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of her patients and the wider community through holistic, patient-centred care.
Shreya holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (2017), a Master of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia (2019), and a Master of Public Health (2020). This strong educational background allows her to approach patient care with a comprehensive understanding of both individual health needs and broader population health principles.
She has experience assessing and managing a wide range of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory systems, as well as women’s health across all age groups. Shreya values evidence-based practice and takes a thoughtful, individualised approach to rehabilitation and recovery.
Shreya is certified in Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping and is a GLA:D Osteoarthritis Program Provider. She is also a trained Pilates instructor, supporting patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional fitness through movement-based rehabilitation.
Actively involved in the professional community, Shreya is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and the SA Sports Medicine Association, and regularly undertakes ongoing professional development. Fluent in both English and Hindi, she is passionate about patient education and empowering individuals to better understand and manage their health. She strongly believes that informed patients achieve better long-term outcomes.
